I can take the sweet -- especially if it has...Jim:<br /><br />I can take the sweet -- especially if it has a lot of spice in it and in this recipe most of the sweetness comes from fruit and vegetables... not sugar.Much Thai and Chinese food has pounds of sugar in it -- this is much more subtle. I just made a curry with sweet potatoes, carrots, and chestnuts, and in an effort to use up the last few sweet potatoes, it came out way too sweet.
