She served her's in potato baskets. Mother had a metal "contraption" that captured grated potatoes and allowed them to be deep friend. When unmolded, they formed little baskets. A few years ago, a friend who shares a birthday with me and two others served them at our birthday luncheon. She had the potato baskets made by a local restaurant.
